The perfect environment for butcheries with medium large-production
The cabinet has a 80mm-thick ASI 304 stainless-stell insulation both on the inside and on the outside. On the inside there are adjustable drives with stainless-stell bars to hold the meats that make it easy to move them. The cabinet equipped with a single compressor is composed of two different sections, one for the drying, the other one ( twice the size ) for the seasoning.
The cabinet has a internal built-in led lighting, a modern multimedia control unit with easily-programmable and customizable cycles for every need. The automatic defrosting and the external basin to collect the condensation liquid with variable reduced-power-consumption resistance ventilated refrigerating system with heat recovery cut the need for manual maintenance and your energy consumption to the minimum.
This kind of solution allows you to get the cabinet assembled and equipped with complete electrical system and compressor, or to receive it disassembled.
